Midnight Cherry Cocktail

December 5, 2025 1 min read Rogan Tomlinson

A bourbon highball with Sidekick Cherry and a blackberry-liqueur finish. Cherry stays in front; the bourbon is warm underneath.

There is a one-minute build on video below. Ingredients and method sit in the recipe card.

What it tastes like

Cherry, bourbon, darker blackberry, and rosemary on the nose. Not a sweet cherry cola. The soda is the mixer and the flavour.

Garnish

A rosemary sprig, lightly bruised. Pour the liqueur last if you want a gradient.

Glassware

Highball glass, large ice.

Made with Sidekick Cherry.
