A bourbon highball with Sidekick Cherry and a blackberry-liqueur finish. Cherry stays in front; the bourbon is warm underneath.

What it tastes like

Cherry, bourbon, darker blackberry, and rosemary on the nose. Not a sweet cherry cola. The soda is the mixer and the flavour.

A rosemary sprig, lightly bruised. Pour the liqueur last if you want a gradient.

Highball glass, large ice.
