How NZ trade buyers order Sidekick on Upstock

Sidekick outdoors

Upstock is how most New Zealand trade buyers order Sidekick. This is the walkthrough — not a price list. Live case pricing is in the platform.

Before you click Order

Know the rules once:

  • 12-pack cases (one flavour per case)
  • 5-case minimum
  • Mix flavours across cases in the same order
  • GST invoices for NZ trade buyers on Upstock
  • Direct-account lead times typically 2–5 business days when you are not ordering from platform stock

First order

  1. Open Sidekick on Upstock.
  2. Create or sign in with your trade account.
  3. Add cases until you hit five. Cherry-heavy is the safe café open — How cafés face Cherry first.
  4. Check delivery address and invoice details.
  5. Submit. Download the GST invoice from Upstock when it lands.

If you are not on Upstock yet, email Fiona with your store name and region. Samples are for verified trade buyers.

Reorder without drama

When a facing holes out, reorder the SKU that sold — do not wait until the door looks empty. Same catalogue, same five-case rule unless Fiona has agreed something else for your account.

What Upstock does not replace

It does not set your menu board. Price the can as a bottled serve, not post-mix: How to price honey soda on a café menu.

It does not replace a staff line. One sentence: honey-sweetened, no cane sugar.

If something stalls

Wrong account type or need a sample — email Fiona. Put your retailer name in the subject line so it does not look like a consumer enquiry. Trade is cans going forward.
